You’re familiar with the expression “fits like a square peg in a round hole.” Usually, the focus is on the peg. Even the Wikipedia explanation puts the focus on the “unusual individualist.”
That is starting to feel bogus to me. Why is the individual the problem?
Maybe we should be looking at the destination. Maybe that’s what needs adjusting.
